United Nations Charter

What is the UN Charter? The UN Charter is a foundational treaty for the United Nations. While this document is often thought of as a constitution, that is a misconception. It is a neutral agreement between states and not the individual people to create a government. It was signed at the United Nations Conference on International Organisation in San Francisco, California, United States, in 1945, by 50 of the 51 original member countries.
